Mission Statment

Aloshikha is a Bangladeshi non-profitable humanitarian non-government organization supporting the holistic development of poor and landless people in the rural marshlands between Gopalgonj, Madaripur and Barisal. Aloshikha RSD Centre has a its god to improve the quality of life for the underprivileged population in a area that the government has difficult reaching Aloshikha RSDC, wishes to achieve this goal in the following way

To create awareness on the importance of child and blow education among local people.
To create awareness on health, sanitation, women development issues and community problems among local people and to encourage them to change the present situation.
To organize targeted poor people in small groups and make them skilled through education, training’s workshops and meetings etc.
To encourage and motivate poor people to take steps to reduce their problems, improve their health conditions and their income.
To encourage and support the poor people to start their own activities in order to create their own income, so that they will become self- sustained.

To provide Youth Empowerment through civic engagement and skill’s development to reduce adverse impact of climate change

To provide women political empowerment with the training and capacity building

To provide among children and their development through nutrition coverage, child health education, nutritious food, creativity materials etc.
To provide the safe water supply for hygienic health through the DTWs and distribution sanitary latrine to the community people as sanitation coverage.
To encourage and convinced to the community people to provide renewable energy as solar system technology for alternative electricity.
To create employment opportunity and job replacement among the local unemployed youth both the girls and boys and to export skill work force to the international labor market a vocational training center has launched in the Aloshikha complex.
To promote safe migration process regular channels and reduce migration cost.
To assess the status of community participation especially the target groups in different social structures, It is reported many times that migration was taking place irregularly on national dailies and broadcast media. Migrant workers moving to different countries especially through irregular channels, finding themselves in vulnerable positions before, during and after their journey due to the lack of proper information, high transaction costs and exploitation which open the way to unscrupulous recruiting agents, middlemen,smugglers and traffickers. Migration through unsafe processes lead the migrants to face deplorable living conditions in foreign countries which force many migrants to seek for further alternative and undocumented means of emigration.
